• by email (info@mateuvoyages.com) - the data provided in the message (e.g. name, email address) is used solely to respond to the enquiry and to prepare a travel proposal,

• via Instagram or Facebook - subject to the privacy policies of those platforms,
• in connection with booking a consultation slot via Google Calendar - the data provided when booking (name, email address, chosen time) is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

This data is not disclosed to third parties and is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or booking.
